Unofficial Mortal Kombat 6 Concept Story lines:

Introduction: Inspired from the MK5 story line and its limitless possibilities, I have started character designs for MK6. I am aiming for these designs and even further images and text to be of professional quality, so feel free to add your comments or suggestions.

The storyline picks up right where MK5 left off, with the rise of the Dragon Kings army, Quan Chi prepares to battle Outworld to claim as his own. Not known to either Quan Chi or Shang Tsung however, with every warrior resurrected by the souls of the heavens, the Dragon King's own soul becomes more powerful. With his full army revived the Dragon King's soul is reborn, determined to rule all 3 realms, Outer realm, Earth realm, and the Nether realm.

Sonya Blade: When Sonya returned home after the battle against the Deadly Alliance; she was awarded by the US government the rank of military General. Realizing the new threat and dangers the Out-world now posed to the earth, the government assigned Sonya to form and command the new Out-World defensive force. As Sonya's first act as commanding officer, and with the help of Major Jackson Briggs, Cyrax, and Kenshi, the Out-World intelligence agency created plans for a major defensive against the Dragon Kings oncoming army into the Earth - realm.

Scorpion: left to rot in the Nether realm, Scorpions hatred for Quan Chi even further consumes his soul. As the Dragon King's powers return, the barriers surrounding each realm grow weaker, allowing Scorpion to
return to Outworld and continue his hunt.

Leng Han: As news of the Dragon Kings return spread throughout the realms, the Lin Kuei had no alternative but to prepare for the oncoming onslaught of the Dragons Kings undefeatable army. Knowing this, the thunder god Raiden returned to the secret glacier shrine in search of Sub - Zero, to request his aid once again in the upcoming battle. Upon ending his journey at the ice palace however, Raiden soon learned from the Lin Kuei elders that their clan's master had mysteriously disappeared shortly after the Dragon King's return. Still willing to aid Raiden in his battle, as well as find the whereabouts of their missing leader, the elders sent Leng Han, a master of the clans ancient freezing techniques, as well as Sub - Zero's top general of the Lin Kuei clan.

Reptile: As a reward for being the short-term host for the Dragon King's return, Reptile was granted the freedom to travel across the realms at his will. Reptile now vowed to serve the Dragon King with the loyalty and determination he once showed his former master Shao Kahn. With one task left to accomplish before he could serve at the Dragon King's side, Reptile now hunted a new prey, the Vampire Nitara, who had distracted him long enough for the assignation of his previous master.
Once again donning the ninja costume he had discarded so many years ago to hide his appearance, Reptile was ready to exact revenge on the one who had deceived him.

Kung Lao: With the greatest warrior of earth realm Lui Kang now defeated, Kung Lao returned to the Shaolin temples to train. He realized he was now earth realms new defender of Mortal Kombat. When Kung Lao arrived at the temple he recieved word that the Shaolin elders had sensed the spirit of Lui Kang lost somewhere in Outworld. Thinking there may still be a way to save his long time friend Kung Lao decided to return to Outworld in search of Lui's lost soul.

Princess Kitana : Shortly after the destruction of the deadly alliance between Quan Chi and Shang Tsung, the threat of total domination of the realms became more and more apparent as the Dragon King's power grew. Serving as one of the last remaining of Out-world royal decent, Princess Kitana soon realizes that an imminent battle for survival of the realms is at hand. Using her royal Edenia bloodline to her advantage, Kitana travels to the ends of Out-world and requests for unification between the races of Outworld to battle this new foe. Only time will tell if her efforts to unite the realm against the Dragon King will prove successful.

Johnny Cage: After making millions from the Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance: Starring Johnny Cage movie, Johnny decided to go back to his martial arts training. Now as one of the worlds biggest action stars, Johnny Cage had work hard and push himself if he wanted to beat his latest performance. Unfortunately, it wasn't Johnny's acting abilities that hindered a new production, but a good story line. His adventure in out-world during the fight against Shang Tsung and Quan Chi was one of the greatest film stories ever told and would be hard to top. As Johnny Cage struggled to come up with a new story line for his next film, he was visited by the Thunder God Raiden who informed him of the rebirth of the Dragon King and a new threat to the Earth-realm. This was the break Johnny had been searching for, if he joined the fight against the Dragon King there would definitely be an action packed story to tell his fans back home.

Serak: As a long time ally of the Out-world nomad Baraka, Serak has been in search of his comrade ever since the second Mortal Kombat tournament. Upon learning of the death of Baraka at the hands of Quan Chi, as well as the rise of the long forgotten Dragon King and his war to rule all 3 realms, Serak decides to take arms against any who would enter the Out-world against his people. Serak and Baraka's tribe had predicted the return of the Dragon King centuries before, and Serak as well as the rest of his mutant brothers was well prepared for this day.
